Terms and Conditions
Check in is at 3pm, (not guaranteed if heavy occupancy) We reserve the right to refuse any guest that does not comply with all the
property rules.
All guest rooms are NON-SMOKING. A $100 cleaning charge is applied for cleaning if a room is smoked in.
All guest rooms are PET-FREE. A $100 cleaning charge is applied for unannounced pets.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors are allowed either inside the rooms or within our premises.
There is a $25 charge per extra guest that is on the property.
All towels and linens are provided upon arrival. Room towels are not beach towels, please keep them in the room.
There is a $50‑$100 charge for damaged or missing towels, sheets, pillows, and comforters.
Beach Chairs and towels are available upon request.
If a City of Hollywood parking pass is purchased it is valid at any city owned spot. Parking is hard to find on the weekends and holidays, so we suggest getting here early and securing a spot. If your room is not ready, we will be happy to hold your bags in the lobby until the room is available.
NOISE- To ensure the comfort of our guests we have a strict noise policy. We issue ONE warning to keep the noise down and if the
request is not followed the guest must leave the property immediately and all payments are forfeited.
All payments are final, there are no refunds.
We need a valid ID and a Credit Card in the name of the registered guest upon check in.
Attention: If you decide to extend your stay keep in mind that we can only use the same security deposit if you book directly with us in person at the front desk, over the phone or on our website. If you make a new reservation on third party websites, you must put a new security deposit.
